RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We guarantee the quality of every item we sell and hope that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are still not satisfied with your order, we are happy to provide you with a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please note that the following conditions must be met in order to return or exchange an item:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition in which it was received.

 

To return an item, you must pay the cost of shipping the item back.
Once we receive a return or exchange request, we will contact you to discuss how to proceed.

 

We do not accept returns of items with broken seals, or items that have been custom made or personalized to your requirements.
